We started The Diamond Lab with a mission to revolutionise the diamond and fine jewellery industry, giving lab-grown diamonds the place they deserve—at the forefront of the luxury sector. Jamie’s experience in fine jewellery and her desire to challenge traditional norms sparked the idea to create a brand that combined sustainability, transparency, and curated designs without compromising on luxury.

The creativity behind The Diamond Lab, however, goes back to our childhood. Growing up, we were always immersed in creative pursuits—spending hours with jewellery-making kits, painting or dreaming up stories that fuelled our imagination. That shared passion for design and craftsmanship has carried through to what we do today, shaping the way we approach every collection and detail within the brand.

Jamie founded The Diamond Lab with a vision of redefining the meaning of luxury. Soon after, Ruby joined the journey, bringing her creative mindset, love for the arts, and ability to tell a story through design. Together, we’ve created a brand that reflects who we are: bold, forward-thinking, and driven to make a difference.

In just over a year, we’ve achieved some incredible milestones. From our launch in Selfridges to opening the first-ever lab-grown diamond store on New Bond Street, and now you’ll even find us in Bicester Village. We are proud to be reshaping the worlds of luxury jewellery and the arts.
